| ABOUT BARROW AND BURTON CRICKET CLUB |
After the merger of Barrow Town and Burton on the Wolds Cricket Club in late 2010, the newly formed club hold strong representation in both the Everards and Leicestershire Senior Cricket League.
The First XI ended 2011 at the foot of the Everards League Premier Division and now look forward to 2012 and a rebuilding exercise. While the Second XI finished mid-table in Division 5. (I think, its not easy to find that!!)
After a tough season in the LSCL, the 3rd XI ended mid table in Division 1 and the 4th XI did likewise in Division 4..
2012 promises to be an exciting year for Barrow and Burton Cricket Club with genuine title possibilities for all four teams |
